Include the feature, what happened, your app version and device/browser. A screenshot can help; hide passwords, OTPs and other private details before sending it.
Sign-in help
Email accounts require verification before email/password sign-in. Use Forgot password on the email login screen to recover a verified email account. For mobile login, request a fresh OTP and use the most recent code. If you cannot access your registered contact, email support. We never ask for your password or OTP.
Answers and community safety
AI answers can be incorrect. Check the working before relying on a result. Report a quiz issue using Report question, or use the report control on an AI answer or community message. For an urgent concern, contact support and include the question/message reference without sharing sensitive information.
Privacy requests
Read our Privacy Policy for information about data use, retention and your choices. The deletion page is available without an app installation or login.
