Delete your account
Permanently delete your Halwa Maths AI student account and its associated app data. The same account is used on Android and the website.
Delete while signed in
Open your account menu or My Profile, choose Delete account, enter your current password and confirm permanent deletion. The account is removed from the active database when the request completes successfully, and all its sign-in sessions are revoked.
This cannot be undone. Creating another account later will not restore your old progress.
Request deletion without signing in
You do not need the app installed. Email support@examtune.com with the subject Halwa Maths AI account deletion.
- Send from your registered email where possible. Include your name and registered email or mobile number so we can identify the account.
- State that you want your account and associated data permanently deleted.
- We will verify ownership and reply with the status and expected completion time. If you no longer have access to the registered contact, mention that; support will explain the verification options.
Never send a password or OTP. Sending an email starts a request; it does not delete an account until ownership has been verified and the request is processed.
What is deleted
- Account/contact details, password hash, verification and recovery records, profile photo and sign-in sessions.
- Saved AI answers, query usage, quiz attempts and scores, leaderboard entries and video progress.
- Your chat posts and stored images, video comments, likes, app feedback, associated reports, notification preferences and device registrations.
Other people's replies and their own content remain, without the link to a deleted parent message. Copies previously downloaded or shared by others are outside our account database.
Limited retained records
A security audit containing numeric account/actor IDs and deletion time is retained for up to 90 days. Expiring OTP proof hashes and anti-abuse records may remain until their expiry to prevent misuse. Hosting backups, operational logs, support correspondence and service-provider records are handled separately under their configured retention and applicable legal obligations; they are not instantly erased by the automated action. Support can provide details and process requests concerning these records.
Deletion of Halwa Maths AI does not delete a separate ExamTune purchase/account or cancel a purchase made on an external service. Contact the relevant service for those requests. See our privacy and retention policy.
Need only some data removed?
Use available profile/content controls, or email support@examtune.com with the records you want removed. Do not include sensitive documents unless support specifically needs them to verify ownership.
